the intention of this blog is to motivate me & other girls to live a healthy, happy lifestyle. my goals have changed; i'm looking at the big picture. it's not my objective to be skinny. i want to look good in clothes & still retain my "curves". (think christina hendricks or scarlett johansson instead of kate moss or mary kate olsen.) i want to be healthy. i want to be happy.

intake:

(just a note: i take the medication “adderall” for ADD. this medication lessens my appetite extremely, so i can only eat so much without feeling sick. i would not advise my meal plan - it is just what works for me.)

breakfast 

  • small jazz apple with one teaspoon of refined sugar ~ 82 cals

lunch

  • 1/2 apple walnut salad NO CHICKEN with 1/4 dressing ~ 205 cals
  • 1/2 peanut butter sandwich ~ 203 cals

dinner

  • 1 skinny caramel macchiato ~ 140 cals

total intake: 630 cals

I FEEL TERRIBLE. TODAY WAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. i ate so little that it scares me. maybe i need to switch my medication because i’m really terrified that i’m just going to end up not eating at all. ugh. i tried so hard to eat but i didn’t want to and i felt like i was going to throw up. fghkkdfgks. i’ve let myself down.
